How Do I Book An Appointment?

You can book your appointment online which is easy to use to find a time and day that works best for you, or call us today! A credit card is required on file to prevent no-shows. We have a waitlist and can try to get you a same-day appointment if there are any last-minute openings or cancellations. 

How often should I get a massage?

Regular massage therapy may be used as part of your treatment plan. We are committed to providing you with the best treatments for your specific needs. Our team of registered massage therapists will discuss what form of massage or other alternative treatments will benefit you. 

Where are you located?

Our massage therapy clinic is conveniently located on Chemong Road in the Asta Plaza. There’s lots of parking in the plaza parking lot, but on the busiest days/times it does get a little tight.
