Flow SPA Client Experience Representative

At Flow Spa, we help stressed-out people relax and recover with the best treatments and services to help them get back to doing more of what they want to.

As a client experience representative, your job in the company is to work as a lead for the front desk staff to welcome customers into the spa and assist them in having the most relaxing experience possible. You will also educate customers on the unique services we provide as well as upholding our standards of cleaning and turning over rooms between customers.

Along with the rest of the team, you are part of creating a company that provides an unrivalled experience for its customers and helps in creating an environment of serenity and peace.

In the beginning, you will have the following areas of responsibility:

1. Keeping Flow Spa clean and sanitary.

2. Record keeping of all required daily water chemistry logs.

3. Booking appointments for customers and processing payments.

4. Greeting and educating customers on the experience.

Your internal training plan includes the following:

• Equipment maintenance and operation.

• Record keeping and cleaning procedures.

• Customer experience and education.

• Health and safety.

Your job holds professional development possibilities in the form of increased responsibility in the following areas (depending on your preferences and unique skill set):

• Retail and Merchandising

• Sales and Marketing

• Operations Management

• Other areas as they match your personality and preference.

When starting the job you will be focusing on the following projects or milestones:

• In the beginning - Educate yourself on the benefits of our services to make informed decisions on the best treatment plans for clients.

• 1 month - Demonstrating accountability, knowledge, and customer experience skill.

• 3 months - Identifying unique areas of responsibility into which you would like to grow.

Qualifications that will be considered an asset:

• Experience in customer service.

• The ability to assume different roles as needed.

• Knowledge of health and wellness areas including floating, mindfulness, and sports recovery.

• The ability to work independently as a self-starter.

Type: Part-time hours

Availability: With our current availability and hours to be filled you must be able to work mornings and weekends (Saturdays).
