While most of my clients are looking for high-touch and want weekly, in-person check-ins, I do work with clients on a biweekly or monthly basis and you still get continued support and accountability with the Flow Coach app.

You'll have daily reminders to check-in for reporting your progress both in the morning and at night.
Direct contact is something we'll discuss together since everyone I work with has different needs for accountability. Most often my clients and I are in touch daily.

Getting clarity on what “feeling better” means to you is an important part of our process together.
Often before we work on any specific actions we really want to dig deep on the “why” and purpose behind your goals, which will help you to get specific on what it is you’re looking for. For many clients, there really is no better way to do this than with the guidance of a coach.

I get that some of us have super busy lives and not a lot of time, which is why we will work together to establish what is right for you.
Most of the Zoom sessions with clients are about half an hour in length, but we can shift that to what you need. Some people like more or less time.
In-person sessions usually last about 45 minutes and we recap what you’ve been working on and figure out what your next steps forward are.
I always follow-up with any additional resources we talk about or exercises we agree to work on within 24 hours.
