Hi, I'm RJ Kayser.
I’ve been obsessed with high performance since I first discovered fitness and nutrition as a teenager and it transformed my life. Growing up I was a fat kid who was called lazy and didn’t have the motivation to exercise. I felt lost and alone with nobody to turn to for help.
Then I discovered a passion and interest in playing basketball in high school and with that came the realization that I needed to figure out nutrition and fitness for myself if I wanted to play on my high school team.
My journey for over 20 years has pushed me to become the strongest man in Eastern Canada twice and a board-certified health coach.
My goal is to save you the 20 years it took me to unlock your full potential.

Personal coaching and detailed progress checking
The core success of the coaching program is in the relationship we build through our private coaching sessions. During our check-ins every 1-2 weeks based on your schedule, I will see how you’re doing with the actions we’re working on and answer any questions you have. In addition to the coaching sessions, you can message me whenever you need. The program also tracks everything from your measurements to your consistency, so you can see just how much progress you’ve made. It can even integrate with the health features on your phone for your doctor and the rest of your healthcare team if you ever need to share it with them.

We’ll work together to create and practice healthy habits across every aspect of your life, from sleep and stress management to movement and mindfulness. These new habits will help you feel more calm, confident, and prepared for each day—no matter what life throws at you.

When you book your free discovery call, we will identify what works best for your schedule and your goals.
Most clients like to meet in-person weekly for a 30-minute coaching session. We can also set up a schedule to meet every two weeks or online if it is better for you.

You don’t have to start with a year upfront. During your initial free discovery call with me, we’ll talk about what length of time is right for you based on the goals you have.
Most coaching clients will expect to work with me for at least 3 months based on the goals they have.
